AFRICA SUMMER YOUTH CAMP (14 DAYS)
JUN 19 – JUN 30 2025; JUL 10 – JUL 20TH 2025; JUL 25TH – AUG 03 2025
The Africa Youth Summer Camp offers an immersive educational experience for American youth aged 10 to 16, with the goal of developing a deeper understanding and appreciation for African culture, wildlife conservation, and leadership abilities. This two-week summer program, set against the vibrant backdrop of the African savannah, provides a unique opportunity for cultural exchange, environmental stewardship, and personal development. Participants will participate in a variety of workshops and activities led by expert instructors that will explore local communities, rich traditions, languages, and arts.
The camp also includes conservation efforts like wildlife tracking and habitat restoration, which are consistent with the global call for environmental responsibility. Team-building exercises and problem-solving challenges help participants develop their leadership skills, preparing them for future global citizenship roles. The program also includes a “Friendship Safari,” in which campers form long-lasting bonds with their peers through shared outdoor activities and create an environment in which friendships can flourish across cultures.
The combination of sports and adventure enhances the experience by allowing participants to push their physical limits while taking in Africa’s breathtaking scenery. The camp’s holistic approach not only educates, but also empowers and entertains, ensuring that each participant returns home with a renewed sense of purpose and a broader perspective on the world. This bonding process will result in friendships that span cultures.
Through educational workshops, conservation activities, and cultural immersion, the Africa Youth Summer Camp hopes to inspire young people to lead with empathy, act with integrity, and live courageously.
